Our first week open (well, actually 4 days), went exceptionally well!!!  As always, we take Sundays off; and we're closed on Mondays to cook for Tuesday!  Our hours are Tuesday-Thursday 11am-8pm, Friday 11am-9pm, and Saturday 12pm-10pm.

OUR NEW SMOKER WILL BE COMPLETE NEXT WEEK!

The racks are going in; and the finishing touches are being completed.  We'll be going to Texas to pick up our new smoker next week.  We can't wait to try it out!
